Minutes from the latest ActArc meeting can be viewed by following the link below. The discussion improved upon the workflow for implementing metadata into OWS Archives cataloging efforts. Howard reported back from his discussion with the OWS General Assembly in Dallas and recommended ActArcs to participate in ALA’s Preservation Week in April 2012. We also discussed how to move forward on some stagnant projects, and the best possible database to use in an an active movment (clarification, the “omecca” in the notes is actually Omeka).
